Blue Diamond Growers Hosted their inaugural Political Action Committee Reception last Tuesday July 26th in Modesto. The event was well attended by Blue Diamond Members and industry associates.
The event was well attended by BDG Members as well as Duarte Nursery, Exact Corp., American AG Credit, Mapes Ranch, and Almond Alliance of CA (formerly AHPA). Additionally, seven BDG Members donated to PAC event along with the Hanson Bridgett legal firm but were unable to attend in person. Blue Diamond Board Directors participating were Bob Weimer, Steve Van Duyn, Charles Crivelli, Elaine Rominger, and Dale Van Groningen who contributed but was unable to attend the event.

There will likely be new faces to tell our Blue Diamond story to while also sharing the issues of importance for the cooperative and industry.
