Modesto and Sacramento.
Advisory Committee Meets for Business Updates
At the April Advisory Council meeting, Mel Machado reviewed details around
the rapid bloom, current water allocations for year, and the increased acres
of Independence varietal. Darrell Nelson, Director of Major Projects Strategy,
reviewed global manufacturing operations with details on all three plant
locations and review of major capital projects to prepare for increased supply.
CEO Mark Jansen discussed the management of cooperative strategy
over time with a look back and a look ahead noting our current business
challenge is to double down our focus on consumer demand.
