The Western Growers Association (WGA) recently released a VIDEO examining the impact of recent regulatory policy actions governing El Niño winter water flows through the California Delta. This is the second video in a series promoted by WGA to bring awareness to the impact of drought policy and how decisions have not helped populations of Delta smelt and salmon.
